Like the Federal Witness Protection Program which inspired it, The FLRP will relocate Lady Liberty to an undisclosed middle American suburb, where she will be safe from those who seek to do her harm.
Whether she is in Ohio, Minnesota, Massachussets or Maine, her exact location will be known only to the FLRP.
Rest assured it will be a place where many real Americans will find her, but hostile foreign forces would never think to look.
Phase Two begins at dawn, when the crates containing the Statue are loaded onto barges in New York Harbor and sent to sea.
The barges will follow the Atlantic coastline to North Carolina where they will be docked and unloaded onto a freight train.The train will whisk Lady Liberty to a typical community deep in the heartland of America.
Finally she will be painstakingly reconstructed in the parking lot of a Walmart Super Center retail store.
